Various - Stone Cold Queen - A Tribute FLAC album

Опубликовано: 23 апр. 2017 г. "Stone Cold Queen: A Tribute" Full Album.

Stone Cold Queen: A Tribute is a Queen tribute album. It features various covers of Queen songs by various artists. Some songs relied on backing tracks provided by an unnamed "house band" put together by producer Bob Kulick, who also contributed rhythm guitar and bass tracks to the album. Many of the listed guitarists provided only guitar solos for the songs. Stone Cold Crazy - 3:38 - Mercury, May, Deacon, Taylor (Vocals - Robin Zander; Guitars - Steve Stevens; Bass - Billy Sheehan; Drums - Matt Sorum).

Well, good for him. This CD surely will sell a few copies based on his presence alone, and that's precisely why he's on here with Joss Stone and Sum 41 in the first place what?!. the least obvious cover? Surprise, surprise. This Dave Matthews apprentice must have a couple of Queen albums besides The Greatest Hits in his hemp-fiber backpack. His take on A Day at the Races' bouncy "Good Old-Fashioned Lover Boy" might be the best song this self-designed geek ever recorded

Stone Cold Crazy" is a song by British rock band Queen from their 1974 album Sheer Heart Attack. The song is the eighth track on the album. Although the song was not released as a single at the time, it was played live at almost every Queen concert from 1974 to 1978. Stone Cold Crazy" also features on the band's 1992 compilation album, Classic Queen.

To appear on a Queen tribute album is a subtle bit of PR for the label. Their rendition of Queen's 1986 European smash Who Wants To Live Forever is not bad. To my ears, this is more like the live version Queen did in 1986, on their Live Magic tour. If someone wants to finally make a Queen tribute CD that is somewhat interesting, you can't cover the same songs over and over. Go to the first two albums, which have never been considered before, or how about The Prophet's Song or White Man for examples. If you go to Queen's best material, you may produce the best tribute album yet. This is an enhanced CD. Uh yeah, real nice.
