Tesla - Five Man Acoustical Jam FLAC album
Tesla performs CCR's Lodi. July 2, 1990 at the Trocadero in Philadelphia, PA.
Five Man Acoustical Jam is a live album released in 1990 by the band Tesla, using acoustic guitars instead of the electric guitars for which hard rock/heavy metal bands such as Tesla are traditionally known. The biggest hit from the album was the song "Signs", a cover version originally from the band Five Man Electrical Band, who also had a hit with the song.
Five Man Acoustical Jam (1990). Singles from The Great Radio Controversy. Heaven's Trail (No Way Out)" Released: January 1989. The Great Radio Controversy is the second album by American hard rock band Tesla, released in 1989. The songs combine 1980s metal with some blues-influenced elements, as well as the occasional love ballad. The record features many two-part counterpoints provided by guitarists Frank Hannon and Tommy Skeoch, on both electric and acoustic guitars. The hit singles "Love Song", "Heaven's Trail (No Way Out)", "Hang Tough" and "The Way It Is" received considerable MTV airplay and rocketed the band to stardom

They, of course, played their biggest hits but they also managed to sprinkle in some awesome covers such as a shortened version of Truckin by the Grateful Dead, Mother's Little Helper by the Rolling Stones, (which they pull off wonderfully!), We Can Work it Out by the Beatles, and of course "Signs" by the Five Man Electrical Jam.
