This brings together two of Wilson's best latter-day albums onto one CD. Both of these LPs were produced by Carl Davis for Brunswick in 1970 and the following year and draw heavily from Davis' writing pool of talent, including Eugene Record, leader of the Chi-Lites. This is Jackie Wilson making a cutting edge batch of recordings for the 1970s soul market and although these recordings weren't big sellers, they stand as some of his best and most inspired work before the oldies circuit beckoned
