Fifteen years after Joe Barry cracked the Top 40 with his Fats Domino sound-alike version of "I'm a Fool to Care," he made a minor comeback with a full-length album for ABC/Dot in 1977. The label had successfully resurrected another veteran rocker, Narvel Felts, a couple of years earlier, and Barry must have seemed like a worthwhile gamble. The most interesting thing about the album is that Barry does not always sing in the Fats Domino voice he used on his classic recordings.
