Listening to this for the first time now I'm inclined to agree that this does not sound like Augustus Pablo, and the dubbing is limited entirely to the melodica, formulaic and predictable. No dub effects on the Treasure Isle backing tracks at all. The melodica and dub formula seems to be to play a short and simple melodic phrase, repeat, then hit one note and echo.
