TISM (an acronym of This Is Serious Mum) were a seven-piece anonymous alternative rock band from Melbourne, Australia. The group were formed on 30 December 1982 by vocalist/drummer Humphrey B. Flaubert, bassist/vocalist Jock Cheese and Eugene de la Hot Croix Bun, and enjoyed a large ent following. Their third album, Machiavelli and the Four Seasons, reached the Australian national top 10 in 1995.

De RigueurMortis (stylised as De RigueurMortis) is a 2001 album by Australian alternative-rock group TISM. The title is taken from a line in the song "Come Back DJ, Your Record is Scratched". De RigueurMortis was intended to be under the same structure as their earlier albums, Great Truckin' Songs of the Renaissance (1988) and Hot Dogma (1990) which both had a large number of tracks, most of which were snippets of other recordings or diatribes. This album did indeed follow that same structure, but only the tracks which were actual songs were listed on the album's release.

Free CD given to the first 200 people (in Melbourne and Sydney, 100 elsewhere) through the door at TISM concerts during September and November 2001. Copies at the first of these shows (September 27 at the Hi-fi Bar, Melbourne) came with a sticker. Matrix, Runout: FREEPROCD2 6109102821.
