Sarah Jordan (born 23 December 1960), known professionally as Sass Jordan, is a British-born Canadian rock singer from Montreal, Quebec. The daughter of French-born literary professor Albert Jordan and his English-born wife Jean Lanceman (a former ballerina), Sass Jordan at three months of age moved with her family from her native Birmingham to France, then at age three moved with her family to Westmount on the Island of Montreal, her father being a professor at Concordia University.

But this album, "Present", is the best Sass Jordan album I've ever heard (so far). Unique enough to be called Alternative but catchy enough to be called Pop. Definitely an album I'd recommend to others. I look forward to listening to the rest of her albums. Sass Jordan has one of the most outstanding voices of any female rock artist I've ever heard.
