The band split in late 1993, – releasing a posthumous mini album (The Last) the following year – but reformed in 1998, after the death of bass player Andy Crighton (also of Snuff) . Rubber Factory Records released a tribute album to Leatherface in 2008, featuring 41 tracks by over 35 artists from several different countries who were influenced by the band, including Hot Water Music and The Sainte Catherines.

Leatherface Mush Full Album. England, Leatherface formed in the late 1980's. Considered by many to be their early masterpiece, Mush (1991) was Leatherface's third album. And WOT a corker IT is!! Tremendous musicianship, songs with very unusual, often poetic lyrics open to myriad interpretations and Frankie Stubbs' wonderful emotional singing which never fails to go straight to your heart.

I owned this album and played it until my ears bled, it truly is one of those great rarities that never seem to old and only get better with each subsequent listen. Luckily, when looking at the Record Store Day releases for 2015 I saw that they were releasing a Leatherface box set on vinyl, including Fill Your Boots, Mush, and Minx!
