The band has performed and toured in Australia, Canada, England, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Switzerland, Thailand, and The Netherlands.

There are too many Trumpet, Trombone, Saxophone, Piano, Bass, Lead Guitar, Drums & Rhythm players to list!

Leon Breeden went on to make his band of students – the One O’Clock Lab Band – a Grammy-nominated phenomenon that toured the world, accompanying Ella Fitzgerald at the Spoleto Festival USA, performing at the Montreux Jazz Festival in France, and playing venues in Russia that had never hosted American groups before. I came to North Texas in 1967 – a redneck farm boy from Mississippi. Leon Breeden whipped me into shape, says Tom Malone, reminiscing by phone from New York where he plays these days for the CBS Orchestra and the Late Show with David Letterman

Breeden took the One O'clock Lab Band to London, Paris, Portugal, Russia, Mexico, Germany, Spain, and Switzerland. The Dallas Jazz Orchestra produced an Album honoring Breeden, titled, Thank You, Leon. Texas Christian University awarded Breeden an honorary doctor of letters degree. The North Texas Jazz Festival established the Leon Breeden Award for the best middle school or high school big band. The University of North Texas awarded Breeden with an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree.
