My one of Maynards finest recordings from his UK period. Critics might called it Muzak or easy listning, but the fact is that its a very high quality Sound where Maynard dosent Push hes Limits but demonstrate his true skills as a trumpet player, Knowing he couldent read notes. I have been listning to this for nearly 5 decades, still it impress me. Today and for the last 20 year copying other artits almost directly is Common - in Thise days you took a melody a made it your own.
