One to Another engineered & mixed by Keith Abrams Alice recorded in our practice space. Written and performed by The Districts. released November 29, 2016. supported by 10 fans who also own One to Another. GREAT sounding album. I listen to it almost everyday while I close at work. Dr. Dog never disappoints. I like that this time around it's more traditional or folk-like. Survive gets me amped and I sing it all the friggin' time. 601 by Kelli Schaefer. featured on Bandcamp Weekly Jun 18, 2013.
The Districts - EP by The Districts, released 27 January 2014 1. Rocking Chair 2. Lyla 3. Funeral Beds 4. Long Distance 5. Stay Open Funeral Beds is an outstanding song with tinges of vintage, introspective Dylan that could give the Lumineers a run for their money, while the reflective rocker Rocking Chair is nearly as memorable, as Mark Larson’s pensive guitar gives way to Rob Grote’s emotive vocals. Elsewhere, Lyla is heartfelt and contemplative, and Long Distance balances bright tones with ruminative lyrics. Mario García His voice is just captivating and takes you to somewhere else. Passion made music in a most than affordable EP. The sound is familiar but unique and special, I just couldn’t help to fall in love with the band. Braulio Rivas I didn't need much time to fall in love with this album. Each song makes me just want to hear it forever.

Schools & Districts. This line is from the song "Another One Bites the Dust" by Queen, from the album The Game (1980). This song is all about watching adversaries fall around you. Mwahaha! The songwriter said he was inspired by the St. Valentine's Day Massacre and the opening verses do indeed portray a bunch of guys with machine guns ready to head out and mow some people down. That's why bullets are ripping and people are biting the dust (. dying) left and right. Yeah, it's pretty grisly.
