Black Ice is an album by Australian hard rock band AC/DC. It was the band's fourteenth internationally released studio album and the fifteenth in Australia. Released internationally on 17 October 2008, it was produced by Brendan O'Brien. It marked the band's first original recordings since 2000's Stiff Upper Lip, with the eight-year gap being the longest between AC/DC's successive studio albums. Black Ice has the longest running time of any AC/DC studio album. It's about five boys having a damn good time in a studio. With 15 songs and a running time of over 55 minutes, Black Ice has the longest running time of any AC/DC studio record. Black Ice is the 15th Australian and 14th international studio album by the Australian hard rock band AC/DC. It was produced by Brendan O'Brien and released internationally on 17 October 2008. Guitarists Angus Young and Malcolm Young got together in London in 2003 to start composing tracks. Delays to its development occurred due to an injury to bass guitarist Cliff Williams and a change of labels from Atlantic Records to Sony Music. On 15 August 2008, Black Ice was announced by Rolling Stone as the title of the new AC/DC album, which would have a total of 15 songs. That same day, the band filmed the promotional video for its first single, "Rock 'n' Roll Train", in London. Three days later, Columbia Records announced that Black Ice would be released on 20.
This band had a continuous presents through out the 80, s if this band isn't on the top side of this list you people could not of lived at that time. This band is underrated, way underrated! Loved them back when and love them now! Kevin Cronin has to be one of the best songwriters in rock history, in my humble opinion. 43 Rush Rush was a Canadian progressive rock band that was formed in 1968. Even though the only founding member still in the band is Alex Lifeson (Guitar), the band is most well-known for their current members Neil Peart (Drums) and Geddy Lee (Bass, Vocals).
