Hardnoise were an early British hip hop group. Hardnoise, along with early label-mates Hijack, was influential in establishing the UK hardcore sound. The group only released a handful of singles, before reforming with a changed membership as Son of Noise. Whilst they were still at school, DJ Son, DJ Nyce D (real name Denis Roberts) and TLP1 joined together to form Hardnoise, at that time little more than a group of friends.

This IS purely collectable! as a Hardnoise lover with 'MiceInThePresence' alwaysin my playout bag I did find this 'sounding like a demo'. If you know this thenI'm sure you'll enjoy it but as I've been playing out the 'Untitled' and 'Mice'12s for years I was hoping for something on par. It's the same as some of theother previously unreleased material from LordFinesse, BrandNubian, etc thatare also from old Demo tapes. I'd play this on Radio but not in clubs as it'stoo rough round the edges-VERY collectable all the same as this was prior tothe 12s hence the lyrics being recognised from them. I'm just gutted TLP isn'tstill recording-anyone got his number?

It is stated very clearly that the audio are demos mate. It states that on the website you purchased it from, and on the promo videos on youtube, and facebook. This is a 12" with Hardnoise demos. It is not a studio quality release.Your right on one thing though, it is collectable, thats why I only pressed 200 copies. ;) Gibo
