Le Couple (ル・クプル ru kupuru) was a Japanese band consisting of Emi Fujita (born May 15, 1963, singer and wife) and Ryuji Fujita (born November 7, 1963, guitarist and husband). The band's debut single was Umi no Soko de Utau Uta (unofficial translation: "The Song To Sing At The Bottom Of The Ocean") released in July, 1994.

Le Couple were a Japanese pop rock/folk duo that formed in 1990. Consisting of husband and wife Emi Fujita and Ryuji Fujita, the duo released a few singles and albums from 1994 through 1996, but failed to garner mainstream attention. Finally, in 1997, Le Couple became an overnight success, with their 1997 single "Hidamari no Uta" reaching number 2 on the Oricon charts. Selling over a million copies, "Hidamari no Uta" eventually became the third best selling single of the year in Japan
