Various - The King And I FLAC album
Church is in!! On random Sundays I will post a service for the people.
The King and I is a 1999 American animated musical film directed by Richard Rich and written by Peter Bakalian, Jacqueline Feather, and David Seidler, loosely adapted from the Anna Leonowens story, and uses songs and some of the character names from Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II's stage musical of the same name.
The King & I is a collaborative album by American singer Faith Evans and late rapper The Notorious . released by Rhino Entertainment Company on May 19, 2017. In the United States of America The King & I debuted at number 65 on the Billboard 200, with 9,000 album-equivalent units. As of February 2018, it sold 24,000 copies in the United States.
The 1956 film soundtrack album for director Walter Lang's adaptation of The King and I is distinguished from the Broadway cast album chiefly by the expanded orchestrations, played by the large studio orchestra conducted by Alfred Newman, and by the presence of Marni Nixon in the role of Anna Leonowens.

If nothing else, The King & I isn’t as cynical as the posthumous Notorious . albums that came before it. Granted, that’s a low bar: 1999’s stingy Born Again stretched a hambone of unreleased material into an album’s worth of split-pea soup, while 2005’s Duets: The Final Chapter resorted to even more shameful recycling tactics. The world didn’t need another tour of rap’s emptiest vault, but at least this one’s guided by his widow, singer Faith Evans, whose intentions are ostensibly beyond reproach. But good intentions aren’t enough to salvage bad ideas, and King & I commits to a truly awful one: an entire 72-minute album of duets between Evans and her long-dead husband, with barely a scrap of unheard audio to justify the endeavor. Never mind how distracting it is to hear some of these verses for a third time-and it’s never not distracting-the project was doomed from a purely technical level.
Two months after the 20th anniverary of her first husband The Notorious . s death, Faith Evans comes through with The King & I album, a collection of duets from herself and the legendary MC. Featuring an interesting mix of previously unreleased Biggie vocals and Faith's own take on classical Big tracks, the new project has material for both general rap fans and diehard supporters of the late Christopher Wallace. One of those tracks is, "Ten Wife Commandments," a track that finds Faith remixing Biggie's classic, "10 Crack Commandments.
