Mercury Living Presence is special in many ways - an American company, from the heyday of classical recording in the . that reproduced some of the most sonically realistic recordings at the dawn of the stereo era. Precious few stereo LPs were pressed when these recordings were issued, and they became some of the rarest, most collectible classical discs ever. Mercury Living Presence continues to enjoy a special reputation as one of the most enterprising, prestigious and r labels in the history of classical recording.

This it the original 1960 Living Stereo pressing from the Indianapolis plant indicated by the "I" stamp in the matrix. There is no skipping on the vinyl. This is a nice rare album very collectible in this condition and in Living Stereo. Play Tested and the play is pristine. Cover is very clean with a slight split at top.

Use stereo widening to get the biggest sounding mix. Everything from panning to microshifting to doubletracking gets explained in our guide. They need stereo widening. Without a strong stereo image, your mix will struggle to achieve the expansive and immersive qualities that mixing and mastering strive for. The qualities that transport your listener out of their seat and INTO your music. Making room in the presence zone for lead vocals is a classic choice. But whatever element of your mix you want front and center should occupy some of the presence zone if possible. Use your precious presence zone to hook your listener to the best and boldest parts of your mix. But be careful!

A sampler is a type of compilation album generally offered at a reduced price to showcase a selection of artists signed to a particular record label.
